Player Registration

Player registration is required by, at latest, the end of February each year to ensure that effective team planning and registration can occur for the subsequent season.

In order to play for Ringwood City every player, whether a new or a returning player, must:

• register via the FFA / FFV Player Self Registration system located on the FFA’s MyFootballClub website and
• pay the fees due for the year

In addition:

• All new players must provide proof of date of birth (birth certificate or passport) to a club official (committee member, coach, team manager).  An electronic copy of the document can be Emailed to the registrar at registrar@ringwoodcitysc.com.au
• All players playing in the Junior competitions (U12 – U18 age groups) must upload a current, head and shoulders only, photograph to their details on the MyFootballClub website.  This can be done as part of the self-registration process.  Please ensure you have your clear photo of the player ready to upload.  This photo will be used for team prints outs for each game and you will not be able to play until a photo is provided.

Fee Payment

Successful player self-registration will result in you being sent an invoice via Email.  Please print the invoice and send it to:

enclosing a money order or cheque made payable to Ringwood City Soccer Club.

Family discounts apply as follows:

• 1st Player in family – no discount
• 2nd and subsequent players in family – $25 each

The discount is applied at the time of payment of the invoice for the ‘standard’ fee for the player.

Electronic Payment

Fees can be deposited directly into the club’s bank account.  Please note that self-registration invoice must still be sent to the club – either by mail to the above address or via Email to treasurer@ringwoodcitysc.com.au.

Please ensure that the player’s name is entered into the ‘comments’ or ‘reference’ fields of the deposit to allow the payment to be correctly attributed.  The payment will NOT be recognised until it is attributed to the correct player.
