Information and key dates for Mini Roos – U8 to U11 – season 2017 (February to September)

Welcome to Ringwood City Soccer Club (the Club), 2017 season.  We confirm the following details relating to ‘Mini Roo’ players (children U8 to U11 as at 31 December 2016).

Important dates

The first Mini Roo training session will be this Saturday 11 February 2017.

Games commence Saturday 22 April 2017


Fees for the 2017 season are $435 – Season February -September, Full kit included.


Registration process consists of two parts,

  1. Player Deposit Pay a player deposit of $150 to secure playing position for 2017* via or
  2. February 2017  Pay balance of registration fees with FFV as per standard process – Notification by email to players who have paid a deposit will occur once FFV is open for registrations.

It is requested that all fees are to be paid via credit card or debit card.  If you are unable to pay via this method, please contact the Club Treasurer, Julie Wade at

Things to note;

Registration We encourage all players to upload a photo when completing registration.


Limited places – there are a limited number of places in each age group, if the age group is full and you have not paid a deposit, unfortunately you may have missed out.  Please ensure you pay your deposit asap to secure your position.


Helping the Club   The Club is a not for profit organisation run by volunteers.  Commitment from Members is required to ensure the smooth running of the Club to meet its commitments on field and off.  Each family is asked to contribute time to the Club to ensure Club costs are kept to a minimum. Membership Cancellation and Administration Fee – An Administration Fee of $150 will apply for any written refund request prior to team selection. Once a player has been assigned to a team and the FFV registration fee paid, no refund requests will be accepted.


Player fees not paid

Players will not be allowed to train or play unless full membership fees are paid. The club reserves the right to withdraw any player or team that have not paid their membership fees.


Code of Conduct All players /guardians must agree to abide by the Club code of conduct.  Refer to



Any fine incurred by the Club as a result of a breach of the FFV rules by a player, parent or family, the offending parties will be invoiced the full cost of fines.
